Enable SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse to generate a transaction log file

  1. Click Setup in the left side navigation menu. If you don't see Setup, you are not in a Role with privileges to access Setup, contact your System Administrator.
  2. Logging is enabled on a per Role basis. Click Roles, click the Edit icon for a particular Role, on the General tab, check the box "Turn on Server Debug Logging for this role", then click Save.
  3. Log out of SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse and log back in for the new settings to take effect.
  4. Before generating a new log file, please remove any existing log file that may exist.
    • On the SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse server, delete or rename the existing <Today's Date>_SYSPRO.log file from the following location:
      • C:\Program Files\riteSOFT\SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse\App_Data\Users\<username>\    where "<username>" is the user that you're logging in to SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse with.

  5. Run the transactions to replicate the issue, a new log file will be created in the directory listed in the previous step.
