- Click Setup in the left side navigation menu. If you don't see Setup, you are not in a Role with privileges to access Setup, contact your System Administrator.
- Logging is enabled on a per Role basis. Click Roles, click the Edit icon for a particular Role, on the General tab, check the box "Turn on Server Debug Logging for this role", then click Save.
- Log out of SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse and log back in for the new settings to take effect.
- Before generating a new log file, please remove any existing log file that may exist.
- On the SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse server, delete or rename the existing <Today's Date>_SYSPRO.log file from the following location:
- C:\Program Files\riteSOFT\SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse\App_Data\Users\<username>\ where "<username>" is the user that you're logging in to SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse with.
- C:\Program Files\riteSOFT\SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse\App_Data\Users\<username>\ where "<username>" is the user that you're logging in to SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse with.
- On the SYSPRO Mobile Warehouse server, delete or rename the existing <Today's Date>_SYSPRO.log file from the following location:
- Run the transactions to replicate the issue, a new log file will be created in the directory listed in the previous step.
