riteSCAN Expense Issue Introduction
The Expense Issue module allows a user to expense out a specified quantity of a Stock Code within a Warehouse. This allows for a quick negative adjustment to the Available quantity of a Stock Code. This guide will cover the use of the Expense Issue module in riteSCAN 8.
Expense Issue Settings
In the Expense Issue main screen, select this button to enter Expense Issue Settings.
You will see this screen. Here you can change the mode between Single and Batch Mode, which you can enable within Setup > Roles, and the label type. You can also enable To and From Pallets, if licensed for Pallet Tracking .
Expense Issue Walkthrough
As you enter the Expense Issue module, you’ll see this screen. Your first step will be to enter the relevant data to identify the items. Enter or scan the Warehouse and Stock Code.
If your company is Multi-Bin, you will see a space to enter Bin information.
Enter the Quantity you are expensing.
Optionally enter a Note and Reference.
If you are using Batch Mode, you can enter another item to expense before Posting.
Click Post to finalize the expense issue and the quantity will be adjusted in SYSPRO.
