- Verify that the Microsoft .Net 8 Windows Server Hosting Bundle is installed on the riteSCAN 8 Server. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0
- Verify that if there are Plugins being used that the DLL files are the same version as the version of riteSCAN 8 installed. See the Plugins install guide for the location of the DLL Files.
- Uninstall and Reinstall riteSCAN 8.
- Perform a iisreset on the riteSCAN 8 Server.
- Restart the riteSCAN 8 Server.
